Uniform Information

School administrators will determine if clothing is appropriate for school and complies with district rules. For more information, please refer to the Code of Student Conduct for a copy of the student dress code.

SUPPLY LIST

Thanks to the generosity of our school's many partners, we are able to provide free school supplies to all students. Parents who would like to purchase items to support the school should speak with their child's teacher about wish-list items. We welcome any and all donations.

CAR RIDER INFORMATION

The majority of children at Crystal Lake Elementary are walkers, bike riders and car riders.

The car rider line opens at 7:40 a.m. and 3 p.m. For student safety, parents must display an official school tag with the number assigned to their student. Parents who do not have this tag must go to the front office to pick up their student.
